Spring is fun.

Well it is Spring here and it has been so beautiful. Piper and 8 have gotten out quite a bit already. We have been tricked a couple times though. Like this day. It was so warm and beautiful at home but it was cold and windy in Spokane.
But overall we are having a lot of Spring fun!!!

Yesterday Piper and I went and spent some time volunteering at a local animal shelter. We like spending time with the animals. It is always hard to leave them but we both hope they enjoy the time they get out of their cages.
Yesterday we met a very sweet young Male dog. We had so much fun with him.

Happy Easter!!

Happy Easter everyone. 🐣🐇 We have a dog now, Sara. She is a Boston Terrier and she is an old lady. She's about 11 we think. She's blond in one eye and her hearing isn't the best, but she is a sweet little doggo. We've been taking her on walks a lot now that the weather is nice.
Today Piper and I got up and decided to go for a small adventure and we took Sara. We were in the car and Piper was talking to her but she was just lounging in the back seat. Piper tells me "look at Sara laying there. She is so cute except for her Resting Boston Face"!!!
That one cracked me up 😂😂

A promise to myself, for me and for Piper.

I've been looking back over my blog for the last few days and I love seeing all the pictures and memories. It's so convenient to have this all in one place, even if I'm the only one who looks at it. So I've promised myself to at least upload one picture a week.
Today Piper and I drove out to Eastern State Hospital. They have lots of cool old buildings, I wish we could explore them. There is so much history there. There is also lots of wild deer but they are not very wild, that's for sure!! There is also wild turkeys out there but we didn't see any today.
Now that the weather is getting nice (finally), I will be getting out more with Piper and going on lots of adventures. So check back often for more updates :)
